ABOUT SAYING YES.

Welcome, friends! This is a space where I'll talk all about our journey of being foster parents. Let me first be very clear: I am not a blogger, so please don't expect any kind of incredibly philosophical writing that requires you to question "why" or deepens your understanding of life & the pursuit of happiness. What you can expect, however, is transparency, honesty, & us learning how to say "yes" to Jesus - even when it's uncomfortable. Growth is on the other side of being uncomfortable, so I figure that we can learn to be uncomfortable together. Besides, comfort is a terrible life goal. We'll do this through sharing moments of learning, laughter & most likely some occasional tears, then just maybe we might grow into more beautiful humans who love Jesus a little more each day because of saying "yes." And I'll probably be able to provide some comical stories about my interpretations of being a mom.
